"The unfailing love of the Lord never ends! By his mercies we have been kept from complete destruction. Great is his faithfulness; his mercies begin afresh each day."
Lamentations 3: 22-23

Friends!

I love all of you guys. I have the best friends anyone could have. You are all so supportive, and uplifting. You all are amazing.

So, the concert was amazing, and a lot of fun. My solo went well. I was a lot more comfortable after my amazing friends yelled for me and started clapping to my song. I had fun. All the numbers went well and the dancing was fun, I didn't mess up too much. Afterwards at IHOP was fun and interesting at times. Yeah, AP tests are done, and we don't have much left before we are out of high school. Man, that's crazy. I'm still going to stick around and be at church and stuff, so it isn't too bad, except for my senior friends who are moving away.

Hmm yep, I'm excited for the 20th seeing as that is a huge crazy day. I feel unprepared though. (For my test.) Oh well. I'm skipping school Friday to go with my mom to pick up our instructors from the aiport. I don't think I have every missed an entire day of school. I think the most was when I was sent to the hospital third period in ninth grade, and kept there all day.

I had fun. Done rambling now.

God has really been hammering me about him perfection. I always have known he is perfect. Well, I never really knew just how perfect, until Beach Reach. God introduced me to this man named Michael. He was hurting so much. His sister died a year ago, and he was in so much pain because of it. He was angry at God. We talked about it for a little while, but as soon as he shared with us about his sister, he said he couldn't talk about it anymore because he didn't want to cry. He walked off, and I really wanted to talk to him more, so I let him cool down for a little bit, and then went over to talk to him. After talking a while his friend pulled him over to pray as a group with the other two from street team. He started sobbing when the other two from my team prayed over him, but when I prayed for him he started bawling, and laid his head on my shoulder. I guess he felt closest to me because I was talking with him. After praying he said he wants to start going back to his (baptist) church. It was amazing. I've known that I want to work with Christians that are hurting, but I had no idea that God could use me to bring people back to him from that level of pain and anger. God is perfect, and caters to how he wants you used. He leads you to the kind of people that he wants you to spend most of your life ministering to.

Another example of God's perfection is when our van and street schedules were messed up. I was supposed to switch to van from street at ten, but I didn't because a girl from my group was requested by a guy in our van. So I didn't really get to do van, but it was great. God did that so I could meet Adam. He is incredible. He loved talking to us, and is Christian, but hasn't really gone to church lately. After talking to him he confessed that he wants to go more. How does that show God's perfection? Adam happens to know this guy named Daniel, who I met a couple days before. Daniel wants to try going to another church. He hated his previous church. So Daniel and Adam are going to start going to church together. Neither of the guys knew the other was in Panama City, and they hang out on weekends. It was just perfect how God worked that out.

God also showed me his perfection through Revolution weekend at church. Our speaker told the junior highers that were hurting to come to the alter if they wanted, and then he said (answering my prayers) "high schoolers, mainly juniors and seniors, if it hurts your heart to see that these junior highers are hurting, come and pray over them." So I was excited. This girl that God lead me to started off saying "My parents ..." and I am thinking "wow ... God you're amazing" because parental problems are my thing to deal with. Then she continues on to say that her parents are probably going to get a divorce and her dad sometimes tells her mean untrue things about her mom, and I'm going "Hello mini-me." So I got to talk to her about it, and share things with her that God has taught me through my family problems. And it was just really cool seeing how God lead me to her and gave me the words to say to her.

These pictures don't even come close to showing the beauty that God showed me over spring break.

Marvelous Light

by Charlie Hall

I once was fatherless,
a stranger with no hope;
Your kindness wakened me,
Awakened me, from my sleep

Your love it beckons deeply,
a call to come and die.
By grace now I will come
And take this life, take your life.

Sin has lost it's power,
death has lost it's sting.
From the grave you've risen
VICTORIOUSLY!

Chorus
Into marvelous light I'm running,
Out of darkness, out of shame.
By the cross you are the truth,
You are the life, you are the way

My dead heart now is beating,
My deepest stains now clean.
Your breath fills up my lungs.
Now I'm free. now I'm free!

Lift my hands and spin around,
See the light that I have found.
Oh the marvelous light
Marvelous light

Lift my hands and spin
See the light within...

Back off Satan. Death lost it's sting in Michael's life. God blessed me enough to use me so that Michael could rebuild his lost relationship with Him. That's right Satan, and there is another group next week. Fear God, Satan. He is Perfect.

BEACH REACH!!!

I am so excited about beach reach! We are driving down to Panama City Beach, Florida at midnight, and we will be back around 3am next Saturday. Our adults will be driving vans while we are there, and some of us will be in the back of the vans to share Christ with people that get in for rides. While some are in vans others will be on street team. They pass out flyers for free breakfast, and we share with them on the streets and in the mornings at breakfast. There is also a prayer room where we can draw and paint out our prayers. There is other stuff in prayer room, I'm just not sure what yet. So yeah, I'm really excited. Pray for us if you would like.

I am the packing master. I got a comforter, a sheet, two towels, two beach towels, 10ish days of clothes (yes I pack extra), all my mosquito reppellant, sunscreen, hand sanitizer, lotion, body wash, pens, air freshener, 4 rolls of toilet paper, and probably some other things I don't remember right now (since I packed last night) in my taekwondo duffel bag. Then I have a "carry on" that I will put my face wash stuff in, as well as my cd player and cd's and books for the ride. Yeah. I'm EXCITED!

P.S. I love you guys!! Thanks so much for your prayers, and best wishes!!!
